The beauty of PHIIT Club is that you don’t have to think about what to do each session, you just need to follow a proven system of programming that works and that has been designed based on our versatile modular equipment. If you wish to follow your own program and not the PHIIT System you are welcome to do so during OFF PEAK times or when there is 10 people or less training in the club, however if you have no desire to use the highly beneficial PHIIT System then a regular gym may suit you better.
You can train as many times as you like, however we do strongly advise members to follow the guidance from the trainers and follow the weekly plan that is provided every 3 weeks. Overtraining is short lived and can lead to fatigue and potential injury.
Guided workouts last approx. 40 minutes from start to finish however the actual timing system in each session goes for 30-35 minutes (depending on the intervals on each training day).
Yes, members are entitled to BRING A FRIEND for a session, however we don’t accept walk-ins and do need to know in advance. Those trialling our guided workouts need to watch our PHIIT Club induction video, fill in induction form and also book online for a face to face induction with the trainer prior to attending. TRIAL sessions are not available during unmanned hours.
There is room on your scoresheet to adjust the exercises in the event you have a restriction and need a Modification, however we would strongly advise members to follow the system exactly as designed in order to get the greatest overall long term benefits. Following the system as designed allows for plateau prevention & exercise continuity and will ensure ongoing engagement and results! In the event you do need a modification, we urge you to chat to your trainer during manned hours for best advice on how to change it.
In short, you’d be crazy not to as the scoresheet is the key component of the PHIIT System and provides you with purpose to your session, feedback, accountability, allows you to set targets and validates your personal progression. Keeping a scoresheet whilst exercising may be foreign and may take a couple of sessions to get used to, however it is an essential training tool. The team will help you understand how to fill it in and make the most of it.
Please visit our CONTACT US PAGE here for our manned and unmanned hours.
Simply log in and book your consult online. We kindly ask that you give plenty of prior notice if you cannot make your appointment as we will secure it for you and others may be wanting that spot. You are also welcome to book your appointment in advance with a trainer at one of your sessions if this is easier.
New program cycles commence every 3 weeks and this is when the exercises for each of our program types change (S&C, HIIT Pad, Bikeerg & Skierg). In week 3 of every program the upcoming guided workouts get released and new scoresheets are made available. The exercise refresher screens in the club will be changed on Day 1 of each new 3 week cycle. Please check the CONTACT US page for all the key start dates.
In the event that you become a member mid 3 week cycle you will complete the current 3 week cycle and then start the new exercises when the next 3 week program commences.

All Exercises are body friendly and each workout to follow is self-paced and self-progressed with the guidance and support from our team so you can work within your own abilities with minimal risk of injury. Yes, our expert team can provide safe and suitable modifications to enable you to work around the injured area and continue to exercise without doing further damage.
PHIIT Club does NOT have shower facilities, however there are toilets located within the shopping centre, approx. 1 minute walk.
We do have storage tubs for you to leave your belongings, however we strongly advise you leave bags and personal belongings at home or in your car. There is a space at each station for you to place phones and scoresheet clip folders.
There is no specific warmup or stretch area and during peak / busy times if you wish to stretch you’ll need to do it outside at the front of the club. We do always recommend a specific warm-up prior to the commencement of any workout and this involves doing 1-2 sets of each exercise with a lighter load before pressing play on your guided workout time.
