PHIIT Club is a leading exercise facility and more than just your regular gym. Comprised of state-of-the-art exercise & testing equipment in a custom training space, with our proven training method.
Our 3-week guided programs using our PHIIT Exercise System, are designed to challenge you to reach your best performance and as a result, improve your overall ability, health and wellbeing.
With the guidance and support from our expert trainers the simple aim is to learn the exercises, set a benchmark and then simply aim to improve your personal performance each time you train.
The best part? You will join the PHIIT community where we care about our members, are around to help guide you, answer any questions about training or nutrition and we get to know all of our members not just by name but about their lives, achievements and fitness goals.
HOW TO JOIN AND ACCESS YOUR PROGRAMS
Get INDUCTED. Upon joining you’ll receive a link to our online induction video so you are clearly informed of safety, code of conduct & how to best utilise your membership. In addition, at your 1st Session a trainer will take you through a basic orientation of the Club so you are confident on how to use the system and train safely and effectively. It is also at this 1st session that your Initial 3 week program will be constructed, and WE REQUEST THAT YOU BOOK THIS IN with a trainer via your members area to avoid wait times.
At PHIIT Club, you will be provided with a new exercise program/training schedule every 3 weeks, where the simple objective is to learn the exercises, set a benchmark performance using our GUIDED workout and training system, and then simply aim to build your workload in each movement over the course of the 3 week program.
It is important to measure the impact your exercise routine, nutrition and lifestyle is having on your health and body composition. This regular scan will help provide visibility to you overall results and will also help us guide you on how to progress and get the results you are after. We encourage all members to get a scan done at the end of every 3 week program (check membership inclusions).
Every 3 weeks members are entitled and encouraged to have a consultation with an expert trainer who will help guide and co-construct the ultimate exercise routine to suit both your goals and work/life schedule.
